4iR Meets Business

Project Overview. 

The "4iR Meets Business" (#4iRMB) project is an initiative administered by SATZ Infinite Success Pty Ltd in partnership with Eita Radio. The project aims to provide training and skills development to upcoming entrepreneurs who lack the necessary skills and assistance to start their businesses. The project is open to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. 

Project Objectives. 

The primary objectives of the #4iRMB project are: 

1. To provide training and skills development in business management, brand designing, brand development,  brand management, sales skills, marketing skills, digital marketing, and social media marketing,
2. To equip entrepreneurs with the necessary skills and knowledge to start and manage their own businesses,
3. To provide a platform for entrepreneurs to put their skills into practice and gain hands-on experience,

Project Structure. 

The #4iRMB project is divided into three stages, each with a specific duration and objectives. 

Stage 1: Introduction and Training (1 Month), 

1. Introduce candidates to the project's objectives and stakeholders,
2. Provide training in business management, brand designing, brand development, brand management, sales skills, marketing skills, digital marketing, and social media marketing,
3. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure candidates understand the concepts and principles.

Stage 2: Practical Application (1 Month), 

1. Provide candidates with the opportunity to put their training into practice,
2. Require candidates to sell a website service to at least one customer to demonstrate their understanding of the product and sales training,
3. Successful candidates will receive a free company registration, company profile, business plan, logo, reseller contract, and continuous mentoring and business coaching.

Stage 3: Business Management (1 Month).

1. Provide candidates with the opportunity to take over the overall management of their business,
2. Allow candidates to continue reselling the project's products/services until they design their own products/services,
3. Monitor and evaluate candidates' progress and provide feedback and guidance.

Project Requirements. 

• Candidates are not required to have any funds to join the program, but having some funds available can assist in making things easier,
• Candidates must complete all three stages of the project successfully under the strict supervision of the stakeholders leading the program,
• Candidates must meet the requirements and milestones set for each stage to progress to the next stage.
